What You’ll Do (full role description to be discussed at interview)
Lead & Elevate
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong, motivated team
- Set expectations, give feedback, and celebrate wins
- Participate in management organizations and bring fresh ideas to our organization
- Be excited about your own growth, and encourage team members to grow in their roles through quality continuing education
Drive Growth
- Work side-by-side with the owner to track KPIs and scale the practice
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Own the Experience
- Be the bridge between patients, team, and clinical care
- Ensure every patient interaction reflects excellence and warmth
Run the Engine
- Oversee scheduling, insurance, billing, and daily operations
- Maintain organized, compliant, efficient systems
Preferred Experience/Skillset
- Prior Dental Office Management Experience – 2 years minimum
- Ability to navigate dental software – Eaglesoft preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Love learning, growth, and problem solving
- Communicate clearly and confidently
